Holding Space is a mental health discussion series that is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for black men to come together, break bread, and openly discuss mental health. We are committed to creating a space where men can be vulnerable and share their stories without fear of judgement or stigma.
Here, black men can learn, share, and create meaningful connections. Our mission is to provide a safe and judgment-free environment for black men to talk about mental health and build a strong community.
Holding Space groups are hosted by PDLB's Program Director, Ivan Conard and began taking place in May of 2023.
